Its been a very eventful couple of months, in between caring for other peoples pooches, i have been over to Syria for a thorough medical MOT, had every test known to man, and now fully know what's wrong and what's right with me, i recommend every one should have one every few years. It was not expensive either, but it was a busy two days getting everything done. Most of it now boils down to a proper diet, eat less exercise more. I still have my existing ailments and they did find a couple of iddi biddi lumps on my boobs which i will get biopsied here, but i don't think its anything to get alarmed about as they are easily taken out and dealt with. So... it was a positive experience and comforting to know most of me is going to be around a while. My youngest son lost his job as the shop he managed has had to close, small businesses are not doing very well in this time of recession and he is going to be a daddy again which came as a surprise as his partner was on the pill, so life wont be easy for them he is looking for another job but it will be lean times till then.

You mentioned in your blog Glynis that Obama won his campaign, i think this is a hugh step for a new world order, at the risk of sounding a lunatic, i really believe times are about to change, a kind of revolution that seems to occur every 50 years or so, and lets hope this change will be for the better, maybe it will be the end of the technical age and this new age will begin to flow in more spiritual directions, where money is not Mammon and love, simplicity, peace and charity reign more to the forefront.... Well i can dream cant i?

Hope your time in the UK with family Glynis goes well and you don't freeze to death, have a wonderful family wedding, Hope to touch base with you before Christmas, if not hope its the best one yet... Take care one and all will pop onto the site with more news as life goes on...

Can you believe it, its raining!!! My dogs are actually looking a bit bewildered at this rare occurrence, I believe they have forgotten the last experience of yesteryear. Grey skies are a novelty, very reminiscent of my trip to the UK this summer, Strange but i actually got all excited at the sight, must need my head examined, i am fine with it so long as it doesn't go on for a month. Mind you the dogs cant cross their legs for that long, and none of them look too keen to go and pee or do other bodily functions, as its really going for it now. I just hope the natural culverts are coping or its gonna be a case of ' Row row row your boat gently down the stream'. Or as happened to me two years ago when i lived in what i called Yippeeskippee Known as Yeroskipou to others, the natural culvert was interrupted by a large block of ugly apartments similar to my own, and we had a mud tsunami which swished and swirled into the shops below and cause havoc, so glad i sold up and moved here. I added a few critters to my page, well no, that's a lie, i sent some via email to Glynis as i personally cant load any as the site has developed and got too big for me to be able to get bandwidth to download any. Did that make sense? Reading it back leaves me in some doubt. I would just like to add that reading everything has been entertaining , no one has been ignored, i just have not left any messages cos if i have to leave one i would have to leave to all and as i am a lazy so and so and couldn't be a---d i didn't.... but that's not to say i don't appreciate all the effort put in. I now hope honesty has been the best policy...... I will soon know if i start getting hate mail.

Welcome back you happy travellers. I am hoping Easyjet will stay alive as I am booked for Nov, yes I return to the UK for the first time since 2005, wedding dress buying with my daughter.
