Just a little note, Gavin found out that Peters' pension would not be passed onto me if he had started drawing on it, basically if god forbid I lost Pete then I wouldn't get a penny, the pensions are private 'Prudential' ones not some obscure agents. Gavin took our paperwork and spent a lot of time and effort on it, this week we were able to move the pensions to something far more suitable and useful to us. We were shocked that we had not known this about his pension, bearing in mind Pete has sadly lost 2 brothers, one aged 49 and one aged 60, he likes to keep things in order, thanks to Gavin Pete now has piece of mind about money for me.
