This place is a favourite spot of mine, it is found on the B6 road to Limassol from Paphos. The name of this rock is in fact Petra tou Romiou, although it is called Aphrodites, there is another Aphrodites rock on the Polis side of the island and this is where she bathed with friends and lovers.

This is not the correct photo for the article really. The Aphrodite's Rock I visited is near Polis. I grabbed this photo from Wikipedia. Maybe I should go and find the other one. Do you find this valuable?

Ahh we quite often get stopped and asked for Aphrodites rock on the road to Limassol, it is often listed in pictures incorrectly but both rocks are Aphrodites. Glad you found your article as I do move bits about! I have messaged you my friend to explain. Do you find this valuable?
